I started off with Kamila doing some home sessions as I was very embarrassed to be seen in a gym. I wanted to build my cardio up as I have been living an unhealthy lifestyle. I have now been training 3 times per week and have almost stopped smoking, started to make healthy choices and I am even jogging now (which was not possible a few months ago). I am feeling like a new person. I am building up my stamina as I would like to do a half marathon next year. I am given a small change each week and it seems to be working with me. I am addicted now as I see change.
