Why use a Personal Trainer?
Everyone knows that exercise is good for you! You may be completely new to exercising, you may already be in a routine – how can working with a personal trainer help you? Do you wonder if you should spend the money. Working with a trainer can push your fitness level forward much more quickly than working out on your own. Here are six reasons why hiring a skilled personal trainer is a great investment.  
Motivate, motivate, motivate!
This is one of the main reasons why people work with personal trainers. I will encourage you as we go along and encourage a routine and lifestyle that is healthy. Having me by your side will provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jump-start your routine.
Pushing you, that extra 20%
As your personal trainer,  I will push you harder than could ever push yourself, but I will also keep you from rushing ahead too quickly. I know just how much I can push you without risking any pain or injury.
Accountability
When you exercise on your own, it is easy to skip a session here and there. When you work with a me, I´ll keep you accountable and challenge your commitment if you try to skip a lesson. Also, as you’re paying me to do this, you will want to get the most for your money. Money spent is great motivation to work out!!!
Personalised workout
You may have health issues, injuries or goals such as weight loss or increased fitness – as your personal trainer I will work with you to plan how to reach your goals in a safe and efficient manner. As a qualified trainer I know how to customise a workout based on your individual strengths, weaknesses and goals. I will create a specific workout plan just for you based on what you want to achieve.
Variety
An experienced trainer teaches you a variety of exercise methods, which can keep you from getting bored. Also, if a specific exercise does not work for you, the trainer can change it to one that suits you better and provides the same physical benefits.
Avoid injury
A good trainer will help you to do exercises properly so that you won’t injure yourself. If you are new to exercise or find that some movements are painful, I´ll be there to guide you. Learning correct exercise techniques can improve your results dramatically as well as preventing annoying injuries.
Expertise
A personal trainer will watch closely to ensure that you are doing the exercises properly to maximise your results and target the intended muscle group, correcting minor mistakes in form as you make them. The smallest tweak of an exercise will change the muscle that is targeted.
Identify goals
Realistic goals… As we set your goals, I will help you to attain them. I´ll encourage you by pointing out improvements that you wouldn’t even think about. This is of great helpful when discouragement tries to set in if you cant see your improvements.
Fun
Believe it or not, exercise can be enjoyable. A savvy personal trainer can make exercise both effective and fun. And simply working with a trainer who you like and respect can be enough to provide you with more gratification from your workouts.
Efficiency
As a qualified personal trainer I can help you, by making sure what you do is efficient and helps you achieve your goals, rather than wasting time on inefficient exercises. A professional personal trainer is able to make the most of your workout time, which increases the efficiency of your exercise program. This is especially beneficial when you have a limited amount of time to exercise. 
You want to work out at home
Your lifestyle may not suit visits to the gym, or perhaps you simply dont like the gym environment. This is quite common. In fact its about an even 50/50 split whether my clients want home-training, or gym-training. As your personal trainer I can help you plan an effective routine that can be done in your home, or at the gym.
New to exercise
For beginners a personal trainer can be a great help in introducing you to a simple, effective routine and somebody who will help and encourage you as you settle into your new healthier lifestyle!
Weight management
Wanting to lose weight and get back into shape is the most common reason why people chose to work with me. I have an excellent record of results, with clients who have lost as much as 20 kg in just a few short months. Its not rocket science... its just knowing how to achieve the goals you want.
