Beach Bootcamp

What better place to do a fitness bootcamp than on a beach?!

You can exercise for your “Summer body” by watching the waves crashing into shore whilst doing your cardio. My Beach Fitness exercise is designed for those of you that find training in the gym or home environment a bit drab. So why not join me and others who think the beach training is a great place to work out.

Bootcamp: Designed to build Strength and Fitness*

The Beach Fitness Bootcamp is a physical training program designed to build strength and most of all fitness*. I will lead you through a variety of intense intervals over a 1-hour period of time. Each participant will work at their own pace, but always under supervision from me.

  • Warm ups
  • Running
  • Lifting a variety of weights
  • Pulling objects
  • Push ups
  • Squats
  • Suspension training
  • Burpees
  • Sit ups
  • Jumps and various types of intense explosive routines

My sessions always finish with stretching & breathing cool downs (if you are still alive…).

Bootcamp: Designed to promote Fat Loss*

All these routines are combined to promote fat loss, increase your cardiovascular efficiency and strength*. They help you get into a routine of regular exercise filled with lots of fun, laughs and enjoyment at the same time. It is made to push you a little bit further than you would normally push yourself but also socialise and make friends too!
