I was only really interested in going on a diet before a friend advised I try personal training with Kamila. Kamila assured me a strict diet wasn’t necessary, so long as I exercised some more all I would need to do was tweak a few items on my grocery list. I´m happy to say I’ve now lost over 6 Kg´s in two months and feel great again in my favourite clothes!
